What Is It Used For?
According to the manufacturer, Bovoplex-CC is used mainly as supportive therapy in:
- Conditions leading to liver dysfunction, such as liver fluke infestation and fatty degeneration of the liver.
- Anorexia (loss of appetite)
- B-complex vitamin deficiency
“Supportive” means it helps the animal recover alongside the main treatment. It does not replace it. For example, in liver fluke infestation the animal still needs a proper flukicide prescribed by a vet.
How the Ingredients Help
- B1, B2, B3, B6: support energy metabolism and appetite.
- B12 and liver extract: support blood formation and general metabolism.
- Choline chloride: helps the liver handle and move fat, so it is used when fat builds up in the liver.
